Les Maisons Partners, LLC is the culmination of a plan that its founders had talked about for several years. As Spelman College alumnae and lifelong friends, Nasya Dupont and Kristin Haynes wanted to create a realtor team that would leverage the advantages of modern technology with the demand for stellar client service. Serving the needs of buyers, sellers, and investors, Les Maisons Partners’ differentiator is its ability to meet client needs efficiently and effectively through advanced systems and technologies.

Meet The Team

KRISTIN HAYNES, Partner/Co-Founder/The Connector

Kristin understands the importance and power of relationships and believes that establishing connections is the key to her success. While born and raised in Los Angeles, Kristin is proud to call Atlanta home. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked in education and government, most recently for the City of Los Angeles’ Homeownership Program where she assisted first time homebuyers in fulfilling their dream of homeownership. She is a proud graduate of Spelman College. She enjoys travel, good food and wine, and spending time with family and friends.

NASYA DUPONT, Partner/Co-Founder/Marketing Maven

After spending over 15 years in corporate marketing, within the technology and financial services industries, Nasya took time off to devote to her family. After consulting for the real estate and technology industries, Nasya became a licensed realtor in order to combine her passion for marketing and her newfound love of real estate. She holds a B.A. in English from Spelman College and an M.B.A. from Simmons College. When not helping clients, she can be found spending time with her family, writing, traveling, and watching New England sports teams. She is originally from Massachusetts and has lived in France and the Dominican Republic.

QUIN ABRAMS, Realtor/The Numbers Guru

Quin Abrams was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Southern University where she studied business administration. She is raising two beautiful daughters. Her passion for business, entrepreneurship, and finance landed her in the field of banking and, subsequently, real estate. Quin also learned the value of real estate after.purchasing her own rental and investment properties and doing flips. Her desire is to help people find their dream homes here in the Middle Georgia area.

VANESSA TATE, Realtor/The Savvy Investor

Vanessa Tate was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. After high school, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she attended and graduated from Spelman College. She continued and completed her education in Nashville at Tennessee State University where she met her husband, Jason. The two were married and have two beautiful daughters, Gabriella and Ainsley. After purchasing her own property and subsequent rental properties, Vanessa decided that she wanted to pursue a career in real estate while also continuing her career as an educator. In her free time, Vanessa loves to travel with her family within and outside of the US.
